Green Tea

Japanese Sencha

Longjing (Dragon Well)

Longjing (Dragon Well)

Sencha is the most popular Japanese Green Tea, typically known for its floral and vegetal notes and refreshing qualities. Ours is a high-grade organic tea, sourced from a variety of growers.

Longjing (Dragon Well)

Possibly China's best-known Green Tea, Dragon Well produces a jade-green liquor with a chestnut aroma and a refreshing aftertaste. Ours is organically cultivated and processed in the high mountains of the Zhe-Jiang province.

Bi Luo Chun

Longjing (Dragon Well)

Bi Luo Chun

Loosely translated as Green Snail Spring Tea, Bi Luo Chun is tightly hand rolled from leaf tips. Often sourced from tea plants growing alongside fruit trees, it has a mellow flavour with some fruity notes evident on the palate.

Genmaicha

Tasmanian Green Tea

Bi Luo Chun

The history of Genmaicha streches back over 400 years, to when Japanese tea merchants began bulking up tea by adding roasted rice. It proved popular with the poor (tea was an expensive luxury) and it's recently undergone a resurgence in popularity.

Tasmanian Green Tea

Tasmanian Green Tea

Tasmanian Green Tea

The south of Tasmanian is a long, long way from the birthplace of tea in China. Our Tasmanian tea is sourced from the world's southernmost tea plantation - and it's a delight. Full-bodied, aromatic, and quite unlike any other green tea we've tried.
